High CPU Usage IIS 7.5 and 100% use of memory

Hi All,

I am using Umbraco 6.2, .net 4.0 and IIS 7.5 for developing web application. I used DD tool, Perfmon and event viewer logs to find the High CPU usage however I did not found any help from log files. 

could you please suggest how to handle??
